Advanced Math Workbook For the GRE, written by a four-time perfect scorer in the Graduate Entrance Examinations (GRE's), is designed to help you or your college-aspiring son or daughter achieve his or her maximum by introducing many brand new ideas and approaches to one of the most challenging parts of their life: preparing for GRE to get into desired graduate/professional schools.

Advanced Math Workbook For the GRE is a revolutionary new guide for those students who are looking for the fastest way to a perfect score. It introduces a new perspective-oriented approach called Bird's-Eye View Approach and many other ingenious approaches that no other comparable test preparatory books in the market have had. This book will help enhance your overall mathematical reasoning ability through comprehensive and systematic drills. It prepares anyone who uses it for the standardized exam, the GRE. While you are studying with this book, you will be amazed numerous times by many brand new techniques created only by the author (refer to 'NEW' signs in the Table of Contents) who has worked in the field for the last 15 years. Through mastering this book, you will obtain confidence that you've never had in math before!

Whether you are currently scoring 770 or 500 in the math section of the GRE, this book can help you get the perfect score that would be paving your way to a good college and a competitive graduate school or business school. Those students who are motivated to get a perfect or near-perfect score will find this book very useful for increasing their speed and accuracy in problem-solving during these tests.

Who can benefit from this book?

If you're getting a 700 (163 0f 170 in the new scale) or higher: you can improve your efficiency in handling problems through this book, chiefly by working with the diagnostic test and the math analysis sheet, so that you can find the areas where you need the extra speed and accuracy. Then, you will be able to finish the test within 10 to 15 minutes and check for possible errors for the remaining time.

If you're getting a 550 to 700 (153 to 163 of 170 in the new scale): you can strengthen your weak areas, especially the areas of word problems (17 types) and the areas marked as 'NEW' in the analysis sheet of this book.

If you're getting a 450 to 550 (143 to 153 of 170 in the new scale): you may have to relearn all of the approaches to various problems in algebra including word problems and in the geometry part of this book.

If you're getting a 450 or lower (below 143 of 170 in the new scale): you may benefit by concentrating on basic algebraic operational skills again, especially in equation solving and in fundamental rules for approaching various word problems, by trying all of the questions including the chapter tests of this book.
